Robust security and diligent compliance practices

As a licensed Electronic Money Institution, any funds received in relation to regulated business by Argentex BV prior to the value date, open in-the-money positions, or other funds held by Argentex BV post trade but not yet paid to the order of the client, are segregated in line with applicable Dutch and European law.

Argentex BV securely safeguards client money in a bank account in the name of its customer funds foundation Stichting Derdengelden Argentex (the “Foundation”). The Foundation is affiliated with Argentex BV as a third-party fund’s entity and as such supervised by the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank). All client balances are stored electronically on Argentex’ back-office system, and are repayable on demand.
